Shipping & Returns


Shipping is handled through UPS and rates are quoted at checkout. Please note that in the state of California normal ground shipping is received within 1-2 days to most locations in the state. If you choose to pick up your shipment at our warehouse, please, make the appropriate selection during the checkout process and we will contact you with the date your order will be ready for pick up.


Returns can be handled within 30 days of your purchase. An original copy of purchase receipt must be included with returned items. Returns must be in 'new' and 'unused' condition. Refunds cannot be given prior to receiving items and a full inspection of items has been completed. Please, provide necessary contact information including return shipping address, email contact information and telephone numbers one can be contacted at. 

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and review. Artistic Woodcrafts, Inc. retains sole discretion to either replace, repair or refund any items returned due to warranty issues. All warranty issues are carefully reviewed  and inspected to determine cause of failure per Care Instructions criteria. A copy of original receipt must accompany all warranty returns.

It is necessary to contact us at 1-951-785-0629 or via email at prior to returning items. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of consumer. It is also customers responsibility to insure and properly package returns to prevent damage to products. Returns are subject to inspection before refunds can be given.
