Returns can be handled within 30 days of your purchase. An original copy of purchase receipt must be included with returned items. Returns must be in ‘new’ and ‘unused’ condition. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and review. Artistic Woodcrafts, Inc. retains sole discretion to either replace, repair or refund any items returned due to warranty issues. All warranty issues are carefully reviewed and inspected to determine cause of failure per Care Instructions criteria. A copy of original receipt must accompany all warranty returns.
